I hear it is a good year for morels around here.My neighbor and I went foraging and found some.
We actually found quite a few.Morels seem to be quite the rage with Michiganders and after living here over twenty years I thought it was time to give them a try.
Mother's Day dinner last night included neighbors, a morel pasta dish (fixed by the neighbor), and fresh baked bread. All good stuff.Don't ask where we found the mushrooms.If I told you, I'd have to kill you.
