Snow Day

We woke up to a light blanket of sticky wet snow. Miss P and I suited up and took our cameras out for a walk around the fields. The snow did not disappoint.

This little beauty measures 2.5” and has 100 pieces! The binding measures 1/8”.

I used my 3” x 12” ruler to make the string pieces units for this quilt. The units are set together with narrower strips of a deep aqua solid. 

I used wool batting and finished it with minimal stitch in the ditch quilting.
