Teeny Tiny Dog's Little Sister

Lynn Harris
May 22, 2025

I was so smitten by the first little scotty dog that I had to try another. This one is made from solid fabrics and the squares finish at 3/8”.

Gah. I love it so much!! Isn’t it adorable?

Tiny piecing for my mental health. My little patchwork dog now has a solid little sibling. I am smitten! Solid squares finish at 3/8”.

Sewing tiny things has been helping me tame my rage. These are dark days and I want democracy to survive, so
I had to take my big sewing machine in to the shop yesterday for a tune up and cleaning. Today I am using a little featherweight a d playing with some tiny pieces of fabric and came up with this little zig zag border design.

I took a quilting break to play with some little 1 inch squares and ended up with this cute little Scotty dog. It is modeled after one @milliemoomac had when we were kids. Isn’t it adorable!

I made a custom cardboard box template for some feathered vines.

Sometimes I struggle with deciding on a quilting design but I do love some feathered vines. Here’s hoping they turn out like I envision.
