A Little Bit of the Blues

You may have noticed that I have been enjoying sewing tiny things lately. I have switched to using Deco Bob thread for these little pieces. The thin thread helps with accuracy and presses very flat.

The dog on the left is made with Kona cottons. The piece on the right is made with Oakshott cottons.

Making another little Scotty dog! I’m using Deco Bob, an 80 wt thread by @wonderfilspecialtythread. It works great on my little featherweight and really sinks into the fabric. I set the stitch length very short since the squares are so small.
